ORDER CHANGES: Generally we cannot make order changes once your order is submitted. However, occasionally we can "catch" it. If you wish to make a change, please immediately email us at email@example.com with URGENT posted as subject. Changes/cancellations requested are not guaranteed, however we will try our best to make the change if possible.
Shipping address for returns via US MAIL or UPS:
Please email us for an Return Authorization Number and for the address which to mail your item back to as we have several shipping locations where your item may have shipped from. Items usually need to be shipped back to the address on the box.

We process all orders through the Yahoo! The Party Block only ships to the United States, Alaska, Hawaii.
Please provide a street address for shipping, as UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. If you provide a PO BOX - your order will ship US MAIL without a tracking number - if the package does not arrive The Party Block is not responsible for the shipment. Any redo's will be at the customers cost.
All orders are shipped via one of the following: UPS/Airborne/Federal Express or US Mail for Address labels. In stock items usually ship out within 2-3 business days. Production days are counted M-F. Occasionally an item may be on back order and will ship as soon as it comes in. Shipping days are counted as M-F.
EXPRESS SHIPPING / HANDLING
If you would like express delivery and processing, select UPS 3 Day as your shipping method. If your item is in stock, your items will ship within approx. 48-72 hours (business days). However, during the Holiday Period of December 18 thru 31st, we will be accepting express orders but do not guarantee timely delivery. Holiday Hour production days on many personalized items will be curtailed until the first week of January. UPS shipping days are M-F.
ANYTHING ORDERED and to be returned must be return to us with 30 days for date order was placed.
WEDDING INVITATION SAMPLES/ENVELOPES - We do not accept returns for wedding invitation samples and envelopes.
BLANK INVITATION STOCK - Is not returnable.
PRODUCTS that have minimums: Returns on non personalized items that have a minimum purchase quantity - must be returned at the minimum quantity.
Personalized items are not returnable. We will replace personalized items that were misprinted in error on our part.
If you receive the wrong item, please email us at email@example.com and let us know! Please include your name and order number. We will have UPS come pick up the incorrect item and have the correct item sent to you immediately.
DAMAGED GOODS / SHORTAGES:
We guarantee all of our products. If you should recieve damaged goods they will be replaced by the manufacturer. Please send us an email with your order number explaining the damage. We will send UPS to pick up the damaged product and send a replacement. NOTE: All shortage and damage claims must be reported within 10 days of receiving the merchandise via EMAIL: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please email us at: partyblock@Yahoo.com for an ROA(Return Authorization Number). Item must be received back to us within 30 days of order placed date. You can return any (except food items) non-personalized product in new condition and new packaging for a full refund. Please enclose a copy of your packing slip along with the product and ship back to us UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
If you do not have your packing slip still, write your name, number and address, order number on a piece of paper and include it in the box. Mail to the address above. We do not accept returns on food/edible items such as Candy, Cookies, Chocolates etc.
GIFT WRAPPING / GIFT MESSAGES
We do not offer gift wrapping or gift notes at this time.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: The Party Block reserves the right to cancel any order that it feels is suspect(reasons including: Int'l Credit Cards, PO Boxes Addresses),not deliverable in the time frame the customer requests for any reason. If we feel we cannot meet your stated "NEED BY DATE" order will be cancelled.
All order shipped to states outside of Texas Pay NO Sales Tax. Orders shipped to Texas are taxed at 8.25%.
CANADA SHIPMENTS: Brokerage fees are paid in Canada by customer for $0-20$ it is free for $20-$200 is $10. The customs fees increase with the dollar amount of the order. Customer is responsible for the duty and taxes as well. Please allow for an extra time for deliveries.
